The "Grand Hotel Europa" was founded in 1981 as a small three star Hotel, with 33 standard rooms.
In 1981 the facility becomes the property of the Ionata family. Mr. Nicola and Mrs. Giovanna decide to raise the quality standard of the Hotel. So, in 1991 ended a long period of renewal and the "Grand Hotel Europa" takes 4 stars, with the restructuring of an entire wing of the hotel and the birth of a completely new one.
The management changes to the new generation of the Ionata family. Antonio and Mario, the children of spouses Ionata, take in hand, with the same passion and dedication, the fate of the hotel, and in 2007 provide for a further expansion and modernization that makes the Hotel more modern and welcoming.
